Borna Zuber-Whole body workout=December 28 2019
Hi my dear Steemians and Actifitters :D
I hope you had a great day! Here is my mini blog where i go through todays training or workout and give you some info on how my day went.
I started with an early run today around 8 o’clock and ended up in the park doing some squats and pushups and pullups. So it was a whole body workout and i felt great afterwards.
I came home to shower and went to the shop to buy the rest of the ingredients for the linch i was making.
I made a huge amount of lasagna and i made so much that it will also be tomorrows lunch.
A healthy soup to top it off and the lunch is prepared.
Later i continued working on one of my youtube videos and hope to put it out tomorrow.
