The sign has a 7 digit phone number which alone indicates the sign is at least 20 years old as if memory serves in the late 1990's the phone dialing sequence has changed across in the US in such a way that you were required to dial the full 10 digit number (area code and the phone number) even when dialing within the same area code. More likely than not, this sign is much older.
