Road to Glory - No advantage without disadvantage!

This post series is about my life and will be written like my logbook. I will tell you everyday what I am do and why I do it. I do not write it for money, but for motivating myself every day to achieve my goals. I keep it as transparent as possible because I do not want to fail or embarass myself in front of all SteemIt-Users. Nobody likes it to fail and this logbook will prevent me from being lazy or lacking motivation. It will push me to continue with my hard work and get things done. Selfimprovement is the keyword and I will do it every day!
How my day went
After getting up I went directly to the appointment with my physiotherapist.
The problem in the elbow is due to my brachialism leg, which is under too much tension and needs to be relieved by certain exercises and massages. You can read more about it in this post
The back problem is also localized. My leg stirrup is much more flexible than my leg curl, which pulls my hip forward and causes my hollow back, causing the pain when under heavy strain. Increased stretching of the leg flexor should eliminate the problem.
I will integrate this into my morning routine and hope that I will get the problems fixed quickly.
After the successful appointment I drove to a friend with a carlift and we dismantled the car to install a new dual-mass flywheel. This cost a lot of work, muscle power and nerves, but after a few hours it was done. In addition, I changed the engine mounts because they became porous and had a little bit of clearance.
Now the car runs perfectly, the engine feels as good as new and the load changes are much more comfortable due to the bearings and not jerky any more. Still quickly cleaned by hand and my Audi looks like a new car!
Afterwards I went to the training to teach my children at gymnastics. Apparently, a wave of influenza is going on and only half of the children were present today. Considering the fact that they will have a competition next week, this is suboptimal.
The training went very well but I can already see how the day has been dragging on my nerves. I trained myself for about 30 minutes on the bars and practiced my screws on the ground before I finally went home.
Back home I first ate some scrambled eggs before I sat down at the computer and devoted the rest of the day to SteemIt.
I first read all the new comments and postings from the people I'm following and then took my post about my injury and its treatment.
After that I read more posts, commented on something else, upvoted and talked to a lot of people on the different Discords servers. In between I had a very deep conversation with @valorforfreedom about my search for my purpose and my meaning of life.
I also noticed that, despite planning, I am always able to find myself in 5 projects at the same time. You can only work on 1-2 projects at the same time without losing productivity. Under the current circumstances, my time for studying for university and my mentoring of @suesa is suffering because I still haven't finished my studies! And I have to write two posts this week on science.
I am currently missing a probably unique opportunity to learn from someone with much more success, experience and a much better writing style. So I decided to cancel the party tomorrow and dedicate myself to SteemIt and the posts! Punishment for me; hopefully I will learn from it!
After I have uploaded this post, I will immediately go to bed and enjoy my well-deserved sleep!
Lately I've been thinking a lot about something like destiny and purpose. Where I want to go, what I want to achieve? I am asking myself this question more often and I will also raise the issue in a post office and I will deal with it more intensively.
What are we going to do tomorrow?
General
- continue planing my diet for march and the training
- finishing my post about nuclear energy for my mentoring!
Study
- learn learn learn....
SteemIt

Here you can see my goals and their current status, which I will definitely achieve this year. If I reach them faster they will be added later. Always remember that, “Standing still is a step backwards!”
Be like a shark - not only dreaded and dangerous, but always aware that when you stand still you can no longer breathe, and you die. Stay motivated, work hard, be persistent, and you will achieve your goals. Hard work overrides talent. Keep that in mind!

Okay, first off, I've always liked you, and that hasn't changed. You have a lot of heart. That speaks volumes.
But I need to correct you in shark biology and behavior. I majored in marine biology, and primarily studied sharks and whales, which I have always loved, and still do. And I've kept abreast of current research since leaving school.
Sharks can stop swimming, and often do, some species for hours at a time. They not only don't die, but do not suffer in the slightest.
The whole "sharks can't stop swimming" thing is an old, long-disproven myth.
Better to say, accurately, that sharks are opportunists, always on the lookout, and if others are unwary, they may strike without warning, usually from below.
Which, of course, depends on the species, but I think I got my point across. The above is true of great whites, tiger sharks, bull sharks and hammerheads, which are the species that account for the greatest numbers of unprovoked attacks against humans.
Bottom line, if you see a shark, and the shark knows it has been spotted, your chances of being attacked by that particular shark have just gone down drastically, as sharks prefer surprise attacks.
Which is why divers who spot sharks are advised to keep them in view, and if there is more than one shark, they are advised to stay back-to-back with their dive buddy, so that they can keep the sharks in view at all times, and thus ward off any attempted strikes.
By the way, the whole "sharks are stupid eating machines" thing is also a myth. You don't have an entire class of animals exist virtually unchanged for over 250 million years if they are stupid.
They are VERY good at what they do.
Thank you for your comment and sorry that I answer it a little bit late. Opened the tab but had tons of work to do and kinda forgot it.
To be honest, I heard that in a report which I only looked at briefly, but it has remained in my memory. It seemed sensible to me, as water had to flow through their gills to get oxygen.
I looked at some articles again and found out you were right. Thank you for taking the time for your big comment, to correct me and letting me learn something new!
No problem at all, and you're welcome. You're allowed to have a life away from Steemit. ;-)
As is obvious from my comment, I have deep love for sharks, and I I love passing along the knowledge I've gained along the way. What else is it for, right?
Sharks are absolutely amazing creatures, they are a LOT smarter than we give them credit for, and some even have a highly developed sense of play, which is evidence of higher intelligence.
Too bad more researchers don't look more deeply into these areas.
Nice pic
thanks
Thats great motivation it inspire me
thank you
Good on you Telling others about your goals is the best way to achieve them because then if you decide to give up its not only you who knows you failed
Yes, and that motivates a lot and makes it hard to give up. It also makes easier to realize where I failed and helps me to selfimprove a lot!
i find that every time i tell someone about something i am 10x more motivated to prove it to them especially if they doubt me
Interesting
It's nice to see you steeming on despite your injury. I pray you recover fully.
Thank you
