uhm yes , turn the lens around use reverse ring , manual focus hand held maybe some flash light if needed, but it's what they call a poor man macro solution and it works :)
Handheld was the wrong word. I meant like VictorBz does, literally unattached and takes the shot. I forgot about the reverse ring.

i've done that without reverse ring , but with ring you won't get so much dust on your sensor
