KillerPix #35 Sand - LowTide at Head Of the Meadow

Growing up, we spent many a day on this beach. I am thrilled that I have spent many a day on this beach with my kids now, too. In fact, my youngest daughter now works as one of the Beach Attendants, here.

Something as innocuous and every day as sand, and yet, with the right light, and the right timing, it can be a work of art! This shot, from a past visit to the beach with my girls, seemed perfect for @killerwhale's #KillerPix Themed Sand contest. I look forward to more time on the sand this summer, exploring.
