A Rainy Evening - My Actifit Report Card: June 12 2019
I only got in one walk today because the rain changed my plans for the day. I should have gotten up and grabbed an #automaticwin with @crypt-skip but I thought we would be getting more than enough walking today, so I stayed in bed. (Wrong move!) We had originally planned to do a 10-mile trail walk to Grant's Farm and hopefully have some pictures of the Budweiser Clydesdales. But 80 % chance of rain changed our minds. Rain that was NOT in the forecast yesterday.
We did take a walk downtown and have lunch before the rain set in. I just loved the color of these flowers.
In the block before we get to the restaurant there is a yellow iron bridge crossing a small creek. I stopped and did my #seven77 pushup video before I ate lunch and got too full - those pushups are hard enough on an empty stomach. That turned out to be a good idea because I had a French Dip sandwich with a trip to the salad bar and I was stuffed! Here's the LINK to the video on Twitter.
And we passed by one of my favorite homes on the way back to our house. It's for sale if you're interested!
After the rain stopped late this evening I decided to try for some rain drop photos. This is a single drop on my fern and you can actually see the reflection in the drop.
Then I took this one of some ornamental grass next to the driveway and you see many drops.
I'm really starting to enjoy looking for things in nature to photograph.

Mahn! The places you choose to do the push ups' can be scary. Strong lady I must say and I definitely will not want to go into a fight with you before you beat me the way Anthony Joshua was beaten. Lol. Beautiful pictures and nice count by the way.

Thank Eric. The orange is kind of unusual, I really like it. And that house is old but has been remodeled and well kept. I don't know the asking price, but I'm sure it's out of my range! Have a great Thurs yourself, and High Five Friday coming up already.
