My Actifit Report Card: November 11 2018
Early day to the Y and got all the activities in for the day. Warmed up on the treadmill, then to the bike, then a round of weights, then finished up on the elliptical. This was our first participation in the 7 day automaticwin challenge, but we messed up on the 1st day and didn't get the morning screenshots. So I'm sure with this competitive bunch (grin!) we didn't make the top ten. But we had fun and got in A LOT of extra activity. I had my personal best this week and so did crypt-skip so -yea!- we won in our own way.
