새우매운탕의 시원함!
메인으로 꼭 먹어줘야한다는 새우 매운탕과 포도석갈비입니다.
포도석갈비는 이미 초벌이 되어서 나와서 번거롭게 고기판에 굽고 할 필요가 없어요. 태울 필요도 없고요
그냥 맡에깔린 양파와 함께 가볍게 먹으면 됩니다.
손님을 배려한 사장님의 마음이 느껴집니다.
그리고 새우매운탕을 한국자 푸면 쏟아지는 민물새우들...
저 새우들이 국물의 시원함의 비밀입니다.
새우가 국물 재료로 얼마나 기가막힌지 다시금 실감하게 되었습니다.
포도석갈비와 민물새우로 힐링 제대로 할 수 있었어요.
