Education, Certificates, and Good Jobs For Some; Crime, Courts, and Prison for Others

Most people believe in racism as a skin colour thing. This is erroneous and wrong because there is only one race. What we mean by "racism" is that we see people as different than us/less equal. We used to define privilege/inequality by skin colour up until the 70s. Then old racism transformed into new racism.
Most people have racist beliefs (conditioned by the beliefs of those in power) like meritocracy or IQism.

People believe they are better than others through genetics/racism. They believe their position based on their own innate natural. These ideas are propagated through constructs like "IQ". People with high IQs potentiate this belief that constructs such as intelligence quotient somehow shows they are smarter/better than everyone else. I have a massive IQ and I know this just means I can answer questions on a constructed test very well (purposefully constructed to show a curve making top 2% feel special).

In regards to the animal homo-sapien, intelligence is based upon upbringing, nutrition, and education. That's a statistical fact. People with wealth can't stand this fact because they don't want to know they are just like everyone else. They want to feel like they are of superior stock and so propagate myths of elitism (IQism, meritocracy), which means exclusion.
This is why you have wealthy people telling those living through austerity that they are just jealous. These people do not understand the advantages conferred onto them, and tell us stories about our grandparents and how we shouldn't be upset that we cannot afford to participate in society.

The wealthy people get wealthier. As they take more we get less. They believe it is because we are stupid. They don't understand that most of us cannot afford the basics and what this means for our chances.
No smart phone = No apps
Things like new tech mean nothing to the old wealthy people who don't realise not having access puts us at a great disadvantage.
No home computer = No home internet access
This means being dependent on part time libraries during their short opening hours.
Most people don't realise what money is. Money is a tool and you need it to function in this society.
Without this tool you have no rights, and many people believe that having this tool is not a right. These elitist views have infected many people's minds with great detrimental effect to out society.
Without money we are excluded from opportunities as well as socially excluded. If you cannot afford to go on holiday with friends, or afford a festival ticket, or a pricey night lcub ticket, or even to go out for a drink, you are socially excluded and your opportunities diminished.
Poor areas remain poor, and get poorer, not because we are stupid, but because we simply cannot compete, and so we are underfunded and get even poorer.

Racism has always been about perceiving "difference" through the eyes of oppression on certain groups of people.
We are lazy and stupid and don't deserve to participate in society, but the "haves" believing in their elitism, IQism, degree/certifications, and status. All the while denying prejudice which carved this world.
When people receive similar amounts they live in mixed communities. High inequality leads to polarisation of rich and poor with obvious geographical funding effects and polarisation of political views.
Heterogenous and homogenous groupings of race around the world are decided on inequality. Skin colour isn't always a factor in race grouping; 'londonders' for example are a homogenous group.
After Japan became a more equal society they became one race, same with Icelanders. In countries with extreme inequalities like USA and UK different parts see each other as different.
Our divisions of "race" stem from oppression and false beliefs in elitism, exclusion, prejudice, greed, and despair.

There are two races in the UK. The haves and the have nots. This system of elitism, exclusion, prejudice, greed, and despair means more prison cells are filled to make more room at the top in our growing society of inequality. Education, certificates, and good jobs for some; crime, courts, and prison for others.
