Teamwork.

I have thought a lot about certain things in life, which could be better if we all took a little conscience. This is because in my country, (Venezuela), unfortunately as a result of the situation we are living in, sensitivity has been greatly lost, and individualism has been accentuated. This is in almost every area you can imagine. (there are still people in solidarity and collaborators, but not as many as before)

On this special occasion I was thinking about it, because in the urbanization where I live, we are organized by residential complex. The complex where I live, has always been noted for being one of the most united, however, since mid-last year, this has changed greatly. You can not see the same collaboration as before, now people are very apathetic. It is understood that the country situation has affected us all, but if unity exists, much can be achieved.

The care of the urbanization had been a success due to teamwork, the organization that had been had until recently had its achievements for all, but now, there are few who help and work in our complex. The few that remain (including my husband) are doing everything possible to improve the place, but they receive attacks from which they do nothing, they receive criticism and even accusations that are not true. And I think, why do not these people come together and also work instead of criticizing and accuse?

Much can be achieved by working as a team and the more people join, the better the result will be. The more people can contribute more ideas everything would be solved more easily, but if only some of us are interested and others sabotage ... there is little that can be achieved.

Teamwork is so good and important, that in any area of ​​life you can certify that it really is positive. Join efforts in the same direction and the same goal, can achieve what is proposed. It is a great strategy that can be seen in the best companies and organizations.

I think that at present, very little is achieved with individualism and that a person who does not know how to work in a team is a difficult person, a person who finds it hard to see the good things that others do and really that it's not nice.

Do not block the mind, the more harmonious you are, collaborative and empathetic with others and in the environment where you develop, you will feel better. A person who is attentive to details and always willing to improve their environment and their relationship with others is, for me, synonymous with maturity and is also feel good with yourself. Do not belive you?
