How I made my egunsi soup and semovita swallow
Hi guys,
I decided to make egunsi soup and semovita swallow. For my egunsi, I added water to my grinded egunsi to make a paste, diced my onions, removed the bones from my fish and prepared my ponmo. I also blanced my vegetables, then I put my palm oil on fire, added a little diced onions for aroma before adding my egunsi paste.. I allowed it to fry so it can be lumpy before adding my chicken stock, iru, the remaining onions, dry fish and ponmo. Checked for taste before adding my vegetables.
Served my egunsi with semovita.
