What does it take to share? During this time it is very hard to give because we are all in need. But in some ways I still believe that God will always provide.

Hello my steemian friends I am here again to share my experience of sharing. I came across Steem women chain of goodness post and thought of sharing mine. This isn't much but I do believe simple things can still go a long way.

Actually this is my second time to do a feeding program in some barangay here in Mactan. To be honest teachers are always concerned of how children at their age weigh lighter. A lot of elementary school children in the Philippines are malnourished. So as a little help to this problem me and my co teachers decided to do our second time feeding program.

From the main road we had to walk a little because the place we wanted to visit is a little bit far from the road. My kids accompanied me too coz they wanted to help me in this activity. I was actually happy seeing how enthusiastic they were when I told them we would go give some snacks to a group of children. It's amazing that even at a young age they already want to help others.

When we arrived in the place we already saw a group of children approaching us looking so excited.

We prepared cupcakes and juice for their snacks. We decided to list down every child's name so when we plan to come back we hope to see the same set of kids and maybe have more. During our first visit we were able to give them chocolate porridge and sandwich, we were hoping even in our little ways we can see improvements from these children.

We also taught the children that they should always clean their body everyday, like take a bath, brush their teeth, comb their hair just simple daily routine. Because a clean body is also a healthy body, sometimes due to having to many children their parents forget to take care of their children. Several time they neglect to give their children's necessities.

When we distributed the snacks the kids immediately ate and drank them. They were happy and excited to receive something from us. It was overwhelming to see their smiles and act of gratitude. I didn't expect that with the little things that we do we can make other people happy.

I am hoping I can visit this place again, maybe when I can have the time again I will definitely share again to this children, maybe not much but enough.

That's all for today I hope in this post of mine I can inspire people to share their blessings too. Giving doesn't necessarily means to give a lot but it only needs warm heart to share.
