Stuffed zucchini
Ingredients for 1 large serving
- 1 vegetable marrow;
- 100 g minced meat;
- 1 onion;
- 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil;
- 2 tablespoons of canned tomatoes in their own juice;
- 10 grams of grated cheese;
- salt, spices - to taste.
Preparation
Wash the zucchini. You can cut it in two ways: along two halves or across several cylinders. Now we need to carefully cut out the flesh with a knife and a spoon, so that from the parts of the vegetable we get "cups" for stuffing.
Finely chop onion and fry in oil. Then add the mince, salt, spices. Bring the meat until done. Put in a mass of tomatoes and chopped pulp zucchini, simmer for 2-3 more minutes.
Wrap the cups with foil. Start them with minced meat, sprinkle with cheese and bake until cooked (about 20 minutes) in the oven at 180 ° C.
