A Little Bit Bout a Faceless Man

Hey Steemit, I'm Josh.

I have no face, but I assure you my name is Josh.
bigbraincciuto isn't some nickname fondly given to me by an old friend, but rather typed with panicked fingers knowing I need to create a new identity.
That cheesy Scooby Doo vampire as my avatar clearly isn't me, but remains to this day the only thing that actually gives me shivers each time I look at it. S2E2 of the Scooby Doo show, look it up and TELL me that wouldn't be traumatizing to a youth.
I don't imagine a time where you'll be seeing my face, but I don't think you'll need to. After all, we're in a time where those who do often times are the biggest liars of us all.
Snapchat stories of crashing beer cans in a loud room that was silent a minute prior, and Instagram posts on balconies rented by the hour show only what they want us to see out of fear that anything less would murder their reputation.
Here however, we are free. Nobody to impress, nobody to judge.
I see Steemit becoming something like Twitter for me, except without the pressure of being either witty or petty within a 140 character limit. Yes, its to go up to 280 soon, but I'm trying to be witty.
