Getting Sick Really Sucks!
I took a leave from work yesterday to sort out my daughter's school registration to Form 2 next year, and at the same pick up her School's Report Card. But little did I know that I was going to be sick the same day.
Everything was ok the day before, I even took my family out for dinner the night before, but everything change the morning after. I woke up in the morning and felt a bit sore in my throat, and there were a bit of pain like cramp in my abdomen. I thought it was nothing, and everything will be ok after a few hours. I was terribly wrong.
I was driving, luckily my wife tagged along when the pain became more and more intense. I told her that I might not be able to join her for the registration, and she told me to go home and rest and she will take care of what needs to be sorted out. I obliged, and went to my mom's house as it is the nearest to the school.
I took some painkillers and then took a nap on the sofa to rest. My palms and the sole of my feets felt so cold, I took a blanket and covered my self. I don't remember when was the last time I felt so sick like this. I don't even remember when was the last time I made a visit to the clinic.
Today I am feeling a lot better, I guess I might have been strucked by gastric. I have no appetite to eat, but I forced my self to eat whatever that is available. I know that if don't do so, It'll get worse. The pain is gone, and slowly I am getting my strength back. Hopefully I'll be back to normal before the end of the day. If the problem still persist today, I would have to see the doctor.

I am an Engineer working for companies that specialises in Electrical, ELV and Mechanical contract works for High Rise Buildings, Shopping Malls, Housings and Electrical Sub-Stations.
I was first introduced to Steemit in December 2017, but I was only active blogging in January 2018. Since then, I've been writing almost everyday. There is no specific title that I blog about, I write almost all types of topics that came across my mind or things that interest me. Now, Steemit is part and partial of my life. Through Steemit I began to learn new things and meet strangers that now I called friends. It's an enjoyable journey so far, and hopefully Steemit will be an enjoyable experience for you too.
