LOSE WEIGHT - Simply by being lazy !

Why do we make Weight Loss so hard ?

Weight Loss should be easy, And with a little bit of thought it is !


There is no secret to weight loss, Weight Loss is purely mathematics.
All we need to do is consume less calories, And burn more calories. If you can do these two thing's , You will simply lose weight.

It is simple, Yet there is a multi billion diet industry built around this idea. Yet people still think they need to pay money to these diet companies to lose weight. To be told what to eat, To be told what exercise to do.

In fact most of us, Don't do anything anymore unless we have been told...

Even though we pay hundreds some times thousands of dollars to look good, feel better and weigh less we are not necessarily losing weight. What's wrong ?


The answer is very very simple...

We don't really want to lose weight. I know that sounds crazy, But it is true.
When we join a gym, start a diet, or join some type of crazy new exercise regime we are
really just looking for the excitement and the hope of losing weight.
Also we want to be able to tell friends we are now members of the local gym, Building a new ME !

We want other people to think highly of us, To respect us, And to think we are determined.
But in all honesty we are destined to fail.

Now before you get disappointed, I do have experience losing weight. And I will share it with you all. 

The following method allowed me to lose 24 kilos / 53 pounds in just 7 months, And I never did any exercise.
1) Breakfast - 1 poached egg.
2) Morning Tea - 500ml / 17 ounces of Sugar Free Energy Drink.
3) Lunch - 100gm of Tuna with Spinch.
4) Dinner - Up to 500gm / 1 pound of Either Fish, Chicken Breasts, Pork , Beef or Lamb. With vegies.

For snacks, I would have half a banana and apple or some nuts.

Now I have lost the weight, I am getting ready to build muscle. But that will be another post 3 months from now.

The SECRET is less calories, And when your lying on the couch watching TV be lazy and stay there.
Don't get off the catch and walk to the fridge or pantry to get junk food. Be lazy, And stay on that couch.

I started a 3 week Diet last Monday...finished it by Thursday lunch time...lol

LOL, You mean you ate your three weeks worth of food in just three days....
Then you will lose weight, Not eating the 18 days...:-)
