EVERLASTING HOPE : HOUSE FOR CANCER PATIENTS !

Today our mission is to make the kids happy and alive. As you know they're all cancer patients who are hoping to survive from this kind of harmful disease. I am very sad and it is painful to see them experiencing this kind of disease at the very young age. You might couldn't imagine how young are they. They have 2years old boy who is battling from cancer.

Most cases are battling from two types of leukemia which is acute lymphoblastic --treatable and acute myeloide -non curable. It is like hopeless but those who are strong and fighting for to survive are remain as hopeful.

We don't have idea how painful it is . We all know that they will survive. All they need are miracles ,help and prayers to be cured. It is not easy to carry this harmful disease especially when the parents look at their child. It is really a heart breaking situation.

Before that I introduce myself to everyone.I'm Bella! ! I came here to make you feel happy and alive. To make you feel that there is HOPE! I been doing this kind of activity since I've met my friend "tess" she is passionate about this till I also found myself that I love doing it.

While we are waiting for others to come. I started by distributing the drawings and colors for the kids to warm up before the final event will start. I told them when you finish to color tell me then I'll give you price. .

I will introduce this kind hearted woman to all of you.

Her name is Meg. From Tanzania. She celebrated the birthday today with the cancer patients and with us all. HAPPIEST BIRTHDAY to you dearest MEG. You are awesome! Thank you for sharing the blessings. May God bless you more!

My first meet up with Meg because of my friend Tess.. The story was I saw a post of Tess from facebook that Meg. Sent her message that want to celebrate with the cancer patients. My friend want to fulfill her dream. She ask some other friends who can donate for the kids and I was quickly commenting her post that I will donate some of my old stuff and I also want to join the celebration. I come today because I know this will be another memorable experience and I want to help people who are in need in so many ways.

A woman like you such a blessings to everyone. Wishing for all the best for you and for all the kids who blown the cakes😊

This game is WIN A MINUTE. If you can stand the cups in one minute you will be the winner. Actually in this game no winner both contestant in a hard time to control since their hands are shaking maybe panic because of short time. Haha! It was really fun huh!

Mother's are playing the BALLOON POP OFF. Great watching those active mom like them who remain strong for their childrens. Salute to all of you! Superwoman!

Everlasting HOPE is a non-profit organization with the purpose of reaching children and families within Cebu, Philippines. Our primary focus is to help children with cancer or other serious illnesses by providing 1) Access to healthcare resources, 2) Center for Children with Cancer, 3) emotional and spiritual support, and 3) a respite home for children and their families from Cebu Province and other nearby islands of the Philippines while they avail medical care in Cebu. We advocate for children and families through coordinating healthcare resources and connection to various agencies, organizations, and medical care teams. We provide the necessary emotional and spiritual care to the child and family in addition to bringing the support of the community around the family.

Since opening our Everlasting HOPE Center in July 2016, we have been able to support over 65 children with cancer and have housed 18 children and their families from 7 islands of the Philippines.

At the Heart of EVERLASTING HOPE: We have found that families undergoing medical crisis are in great need of someone to walk alongside them to listen and to provide emotional support. When we can help families with their practical needs such as housing, medicines, and transportation, it allows for us to build a relationship, which then gives us an opportunity to point them to Jesus who is their only source of HOPE!
