Stellar Lumens countdown for a new pump?

If you are wondering why Stellar Lumens (XLM) is one of the few altcoins in "green":

If there is no news, (no news =good news) I doubt that its price will be readjusted more than a -10% given the interest recently aroused in its agreement with IBM.
