My Actifit Report Card: January 11 2020
This is my report from yesterday. The weather was very bad with wind and rain so I stayed mostly in the hotel. Before lunch I walked to the nearby supermarket to buy snacks and most importantly - beer but I forgot to startup the actifit app so it doesn't count. Speaking of beer - it's a very big problem here in Norway. It is not allowed to buy it in the stores after 8 p.m. and during the weekend the cutoff is 4 or 6 pm. That's why I go buy a few in the morning to make use of them later in the afternoon.
In the evening I went to a restaurant for dinner and I managed to make a decent number of steps
