Achievement 2 :Basic Security on Steem:

In this post I am going to share with you the answers of achievement2 which are related to the basic security of steemit.

Have you retrieve all your keys on steemit?

Yes ,I have retrieve all the keys. While during creating account, I downloaded the pdf of all the keys and saved it in my mobile storage . Also, I have saved the pdf in Google Drive. I know that these keys are considered very important .I have also save the pdf on my laptop.

Question2

Do you know each of these key functions and restrictions?

Yes, I know about the functions and restrictions of all these keys. @faisalamin and @cryptokannon gave us complete guide about all these keys.

Function Of all keys:

Posting key:

---

The posting key use to post, comment, edit, vote, resteem, and follow or mute other accounts.

Active key:

---

The active key is use for transferring funds, power up/down transactions, converting Steem Dollars, voting for witnesses, updating profile details and avatar, and placing a market order.

Owner key:

---

It is the most powerful key because it can change any key of an account, including the owner key. Ideally, it is meant to be stored offline, and only used to recover a compromised account.

Memo key :

---

This key is used for encrypting and decrypting memos when transferring funds. In order to encrypt a memo, use the pound/# sign before it.

How do you plan to keep your master password?

I have download to pdf of All keys including Master key. Save the pdf on Google Drive .Also,i have save the pdf on moblie Storage, Notepade on Laptop.

Do you know how to transfer your steem token to another steem user account?

First of Login to the wallet using posting key. Then click on steem .

Then click on transfer.

---

Then input the username where you want to tranfer your steeem.

Then input amount.

Then click on Next.

Do you know how to power up your STEEM?

Click On Power up

Then enter amount of steem.

Then click on power up button.
