My Actifit Report Card: November 9 2019

Wczoraj można powiedzieć, że odpoczywałem i wykorzystywałem długi weekend. Rano obowiązki, zakupy, a po południu (raczej wieczorem) poszedłem do kina na jakiś głupi filmik.

Dzisiaj nie robię żadnej aktywności. Nagrałem audiolog z recenzją tego filmiku i idę spać. Dobranoc.

    Dziękuję bardzo. :) Jak będę miał trochę czasu, to będę aktywny. Ale na Sportstalk można liczyć, bo praktycznie codziennie wrzucam raport z Actifit. :) Bo na nic innego nie mam czasu. 😩 😴
