3 possible condition can be there... 1. either he is lack of voting power, 2, or he actually didn't like that post so much to vote or Lastly 3. Voting isn't a deal to me... its need to achieve. My post is for those who are only voting themselves. more then 20 votes a day actually worth nothing. I can talk, I can comment.. to grow relation.
