There are a lot of menial jobs around the city you can do that pays around $1 - $5 with one minute cool down between them.To get it, all you have to do is type !work on the work channel to activate it.

Balance (!bal)

You can use the command !bal to check your financial status in the game.You can also use the command to check the balance of another player for example : !bal greedcity .

Take it to the Bank (!dep)

There are many shady characters hiding in dark alleys looking to rob you of your hard earned cash.To avoid this fate,you can use three deposit commands to bank your cash.
The three commands to deposit money into a secure bank account out of reach of robbers are :

1. !dep
2. !dep all
3. !dep Amt specific Amount for example: !dep 200

Withdrawal

To withdraw from the bank.Use command with amount you intend to withdraw with the command !withdraw Amount

There are other not so legal ways of getting money .

1.Robbery:

Guilds

Since it is a strategic game, it pays to be a member of a Guild.The alliance is great to deter or discourage hostile forces from taking advantage of you. Plus you have access to the collective resources of the guild members as they to yours. You can interact with other guild members via private chat messages.

How to cash out.

You can cash out in three easy steps.

1.Go to store with command !store

2.buy steem with command !buy-item (amount)steem example !buy-item 20steem

3.Privately message the Governor that you want to cash out. When the Governor confirms that you have the stated funds.He will ask you the cryptocurrency you want it in and send it to your wallet .
