Guten Rutsch ins neue Jahr... -/- My Actifit Report Card: Dezember 30 2019
Hallo alle zusammen. Heut war ich wieder beim Sport. Eigentlich hatte ich ja geplant ein wenig mit den Gewichten zu arbeiten, das habe ich aber nicht getan. Ich habe mich heut nur Kardio gemacht.
Am Nachmittag bin ich mit meinem Sohn noch auf den Spielplatz gegangen. Wirklich viel spannendes ist nicht passiert.
Was ich aber an dieser Stelle schon machen möchte, ich will euch allen einen guten Rutsch in das Jahr 2020 wünschen.
Morgen steht für mich ein straffes Programm an, darüber berichte ich aber morgen. Zudem ist morgen noch Sylvester und ich werde wahrscheinlich wieder den ganzen Abend und die halbe Nacht im Keller verbringen. Vielleicht berichte ich darüber auch einmal.
So nun wünsche ich euch eine gute Nacht.
Hello, everybody. Today I went to the gym again. Actually I had planned to work a little with the weights, but I didn't do that. I was just cardioing today.
In the afternoon I went to the playground with my son. Really much exciting did not happen.
But what I would like to do at this point is to wish you all a happy new year 2020.
Tomorrow I have a tight program for me, but I will report about it tomorrow. Besides, tomorrow is still New Year's Eve and I will probably spend the whole evening and half the night in the cellar again. Maybe I'll report about that one day.
So now I wish you a good night.
