Hospitals are very important to all...be it for the rich and the poor or any walks of life may it be. It is where the sick person will have hope to survive. The sanctuary of those who are been suffering from any disease. A place where we felt comfort at times our physical health deteriorate. I myself is not healthy that is why I go around clinics and hospitals for cure.

So I say hospitals and clinics are very important to everyone. At times, when we felt uneasy or we felt there in something wrong with our body we go running to a place where we knew can help us.

I happened to visit this hospital to fetch a patient...He met a motorcycle accident and his legs were fractured. Facilities in our place is not good so they have it in the Provincial hospital around 40kms away from here in our place. It was my first time to visit this public hospital. 

I'm shock  to see the facilities. Parking lot is not spacious...I barely have a space to park...some cars are  just park near the road with a yellow tape to separate the space from the road. I felt dismay..but more of my frustration when I saw the hospital. We are advised to stay in the waiting area since its not yet time to visit a patient...I think public hospitals allow 1 person to accompany a patient inside.

I felt the urge to write this post to bring out the real scenario of the public hospitals.

This is the entrance of the hospital...A typical entrance place but never I thought it never have a good facade, since it is a Provincial Hospital and it should be huge according to the title. I felt dismay its just not as big as I expected. and from the entrance...you can see patients along the way...Did not have a good shot of it.

This is an emergency area...but I wonder where is the emergency entrance..hardly as I think this must create a problem...Its too narrow to go there running for a dying person. No wide door or aisle to run to...so at times I see it using the main entrance which is too narrow for everyone...

These are the destroyed wheelchair dump near the emergency room just a meter away from the main entrance...don't they have a stockroom for those destroyed items? or better yet clear the area for sanitation.

However instead of clearing the area, some of the destroyed wheelchair was dumped in the aisle...I can't see why they should do that?

This is the waiting area...Look at the people in it..They are not comfortable and a small space for a provincial hospital...It would have been more spacious as it will cater the whole province. It is only equipped with a tent for rain and hot rays of the sun. What a poor facility...

A clearer view of the waiting area...seems people there are just tolerating the situation but should they have a will They won't go there for cure...But financial problem is the reason why people keep on visiting this place...A far cheaper than the private hospitals with good facilities.

This is a very spacious place infront of the hospital. It can accommodate a very spacious building for the hospital if they will just construct in it other making it open for parks or any other purpose for the the Provincial Hospital to be equipped with good facilities and for the less privilege person to have a good medical experience from the government..

Budget?

Just a matter of allocation...If they have billions of money for road widening and reconstructing roads nationwide...take note: roads are still very efficient to travel but they keep on repairing... I can't see the purpose   of those projects while neglecting this more needed project to deal with...

Just a penny for my thought....I can't help but to feel pity to poor people who just accept the hardships of being there because of lack of money to go to private hospitals. Correct me if I'm wrong if you did not see my point. I knew there are a lot of needs for the government to look at...But please have a heart for the public hospitals too.
