My Quick And Healhty Porridge For Breakfast ๐ [DAIRY-FREE] [SUGAR-FREE]
Today I wanna share with you my recipe for healthy, nutritious and soo yummy breakfast. I made delicious porridge based on rice milk. Because this milk is natural little sweet, I didn't have to add sugar. Ofcourse, all this tempting bowl was natural sweet thanks to fruits and dry bananas which I love!
This breakfast is the best start of the day. It will give you a lot of positive energy. Honestly, This was the first time when I made porridge. everyday I'm eating smoothie with oatmeal and peanut butter, so I can say, it's simmilar way to this recipe. ๐ Feel free to add every kind of your favourite fruits. So guys, without futher talk, I'm inviting you to check my recipe! ๐
For preparing you will need:
- one and a half glass of rice milk
- five tbsp of oatmeal
- 50 g of frozen raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 50g of frozen blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- a handful of chopped in slices almonds
- 1/4 of pomegrande
- a few slices of banana chips
Directions
- into pot pour the rice milk and boil it
- add oatmeal and mix, till it will be dense
- place cooked oatmeal in bowl, add blueberries and raspberries, almond and pomegrande
- it's best with glass of fresh juice from oranges! ๐
Very simple and delicious start of the day! I highly encourage you to try it! It is so much better way to eat sandwiches for breakfast. And the most important thing to me is, after eating it, I don't feel hungry between meals! ๐

The porridge looks yummy! I always collect berries for my freezer during summer as well so that I have enough to last me for the winter :)

Oats, berries and nuts--definitely one of my favorite ways to start out the day, too. I agree that it keeps me full and satisfied. I especially like this kind of meal on a morning I know I'm working out early in the day!
