Warm greetings everyone! I am here more with my entry for week 4 of the Steemit Engagement Challenge Season 3. I'd like to invite @fombae, @chant, @olabillions, @moer, @temitopef, @prilly, @rafk, @sahmie, @saxopedia and @eddyt to come partake in this contest.

Brief Introduction.

In science fiction content, a time machine could be defined as;

any machine capable of transporting a person backwards or forwards in time.
~Oxford Dictionary.

Drawing from this, one can safely conclude that the act of time traveling is a theoretical concept of moving an object or person between points within the timeline, analogous to the movements between points in space, with the aid of a device which could be labelled as a time machine. Everyone at some point in his/her life has dreamt of one day having the opportunity to stumble upon a time traveling device, for one reason or another. Some would greatly prefer to move forward into the future and satisfy their curiosity of what the future holds, while some would prefer to go back in time to make some changes to what happened some moments before. Today, i shall be going back in time to make some changes to some actions.

If I had an opportunity to go back in time, where and where would i go?

If i had the chance to go back in time, i would go back to the year 2013, when i just had a satisfying result in the science field. I chose this year because i knew very little about life, all i focused on was learning, learning , learning! Do not get me wrong, it all paid off in my present future, however i would have added a little bit of other activities and tried to find myself more at different stages of life thereof. To be more precise, i would chose the moment when i was to gain admission into high school. At this moment, i will fill my younger self with all the advice needed to move towards a much better and easier path, since i might not be opportune to stay longer in the past.

What would i change?

I would change my method of reasoning, as well as my approach to class problems. I chose this point in the past because there were so many things i wish i had some idea on, but i never did get them in time. I had to experience most of these things before i could understand them.
I was very quick to react and didn't talk much, although i paid keen attention to all that happened around me.

  • I would advice myself to loosen up a little more, because life will always have both the good and the bad since one cannot exist without the other.

  • I would try to make myself understand that in life, worth and power aren't what would keep your legacy for a lifetime and beyond when you have passed on, somewhat reputation is the principle goal for a legacy to leave on.

  • I would let myself know that i should continually invest my knowledge in both fields of Arts and Science as i always did before. I would hint him on the possibilities of becoming a great liver of entrepreneurship some day.

  • I would change some of my futuristic goals from one day living off of salaries and wages, and fit in goals to create a system that would run on for a lifetime.

  • I would hint myself of the possibility of greatly investing in Bitcoins as early as 2013, and even go as far as hinting him on a possible cryptocurrency coming up in a year or two, called STEEM.

I would prepare myself via the method of total transformation of thinking, from a simple learn to earn goal, to a magnificent learn to create goal.

Closure.

Despite all these changes i aim to make, i would not say i regret where i am today, because believe me when i say it could have been tougher than it was. Moreover, i learnt a lot from my experiences, and i can't seemingly forget about them easily.
I guess i can now say with all confidence that the lessons we get from experiences are the ones that leave within us for a very long time, because despite all what i wish to go change, a large portion of these things were said to me by others; guess what, i didn't listen as i would have liked😥! So going to the past would help throw more emphasis on the issue since i would be getting this said advice from my futuristic self.
Let's not be quick to discard advice from our peers and lived ones, some of them have already experienced the path you are about to take!

Thank you Stars Of Steem for such a fictional yet reflective topic! I'd like to thank you all for the support, hope to get your thoughts my friend. Cheers 🥂

Thank you so much my friend, i hope you also enjoyed my publication 😃.

This is quite touching. It's good to listen to advice from others ,just that it's better to evaluate advice well before you take any. All the same , good there are not regrets.

Wish you all the best in the contest, friend.

There are things i would have very much loved to change, but i regret not, because i learnt from these errors. Thank you so much for dropping by. I hope you liked my entry 😁

Hola @ b-naj👋

Tienes razón al decir que la experiencia es nuestra mejor maestra, quizás a tu yo del pasado le vieran servido esos consejos para tomar las mejores decisiones pero estás feliz con tu vida actual y eso es lo que vale.

Mucha suerte, saludos 🤗

Thank you so much my friend, how i wish i know this important phrase earlier. However, i am glad that things didn't go so bad.
Thank you for stopping by, i hope you liked my entry post.

Hello friend, how good it would be to be able to take actions at the precise moment and you could make investments in cryptocurrencies, especially in our Steem, but you are on time and at the necessary moment you already have the experience.
Thank you for participating in our challenge of the week.
