Ulogs #2 : My secret ingredient is LOVE ๐
It's very hot in Bangladesh. Sometimes it rains, but yet the heat is rising. Although Bangladesh has six seasons, but it is seen winter and summer in the city. If you want to enjoy the six season, you have to go to the village, which we can't do all the time.
Anyways today in this hot summer I had to go to the kitchen, because my sister came. She told me that he wanted to eat this and that. She likes my hand made snacks and dessert too. And I always love to cook. Whenever I get time I research in new items. I like baking very much, and also sweet items.
Here's some of the items I have made:
It's a mini-pizza. I gave the pizza a small size. I was freezing it in a raw form. And I Baked 30 minutes in the oven before serving.
It's chicken pie. I made dough with yeast and rested it for 30 minutes. Then I made the roti and filled it with chicken stuff. Then mozzarella cheese above. Then I put a shape. After finishing the shape, brushed egg yolks on top and sprinkle little sesame seeds. Then baked for 30min.
It's molasses pudding. This is the most popular item in Bangladesh. It is eaten as a dessert. It's prepared by the mixture of milk and rice. Molasses are used in winter. This makes the desserts more delicious.
I forgot to take pictures of cooked items most of the time. I always got busy to serve after cooking. I always researching new new items in YouTube though I never copy anything, I make it in my own way. I never got laziness for cooking.
@ayasha apu, I and Sourav bai will come to Chittagong to eat these meals. I hope, if we will come you made these food for us and we will eat these foods. After eating foods we will said you apu,"you are really great apu."
