My first meal of the day at 3pm -- Trying out interminent fasting
I am now trying out intermittent fasting. Which I'll fast the rest of the day and only eat in a less than 8 hour window. My research told me this is a better way at lowering body fat (with enough exercise and sleep) and is better for my metabolic system.

Wow..keep it up! I started around Nov last year, but stopped in Dec for long vacation.. I think I should start fasting again hehehe..
Intermittent fasting should be the best for you. Since it's not a full fast and we can still eat whatever we want. Only need to control WHEN we eat what we want.
Yeah.. when I first started intermittent fasting, i did for 16 hours.. i know it works because my husband did it for 3 months already and his weight dropped from 118kg to 102kg now.. amazing!
looks so yummy awesom! thank you
With love,
harj : ) xoxo

wooow..
Actually possible.. I just have to resist the hunger hormones in the morning and look at the clock when I eat.
Way more effective than "counting calories" from my research.

A friend of mine tried for 2 weeks, her schedule was 16 hours fasting, last meal before 9pm, next day wait until 1pm only eat. She shred few kg. I'm trying it now too.
A simple shift of just WHEN we eat can do alot to the mind and body.
"breakfast is the most important meal of the day" is a marketing idea made up by cereal companies in the mid 20th century to push sales. And have become a dangerous cultural norm.
Not eating right after waking up or before going to bed actually makes sense. And I look forward to see what results I achieve.
Advertising have restricted our thinking, that's a fact. It's up to us to change for the best for our body as people now are waking up and awareness are spreading for the good.
Keep us updated on your results ya! :D
Intermittent fasting would be great if combined with low-carbs-high-fat diet. :)
One step at a time there.. Hahaha
Ketogenic diet, stuffing out faces with bacon but staying away from bread and rice.
I did plan on doing that. But imo it's much more commitment since proteins and fats generally are more expensive than carbohydrates.
haha. I am doing keto diet. Feel good.
Yes you are right. Fat and meat is much expensive than carbs, especially if you are eating out. But since I do keto my budget has no more cake or desserts or kuih (which I loved so much). lol
I am doing Intermittent fasting as well. A friend, @dilresh remind me of it.
So far so good.
Happy intermittent fasting.
Thanks for sharing.
