My Actifit Report Card: October 13 2019
Today's sunrise met jogging. It's so refreshing as early morning dews drained on me. I enjoyed the company of others who took the exercise to strengthen themselves. After a cold bath, I walked down the road to school to have a class session with my disciples. I never had it thrilled as everyone was apt and teachable. It was a very interactive period as we reasoned the scriptures together. We also had a walk to catch up our mobility back home after school. I really want to testify to the fact that I sweat out lot stress and body aches.
On getting home I shuttled my bag against the next day outing. Pray for me as I shall embark on far distance trip tomorrow. I will a week long training with my disciples in some other locations in the country.
