My Actifit Report Card: August 10 2019

Hoje foi um dia ótimo. Começou com um evento na escola da minha filha para a família. Super legal, com diversas atividades (até participei de uma de caratê, e minha filha adorou) e tive a chance de medir minha pressão e Glicose, que após a queda de peso, estão bem controladas.

É o dia foi finalizado com um passeio com as cachorrinhas :)

Mas o ponto alto é que hoje é aniversário da minha filha e, portanto, um dia super especial :)

    Hi,
    Its ok if minimum slab (5000 count) is not achieved and there is always next day to do even better. Keep on actifiting.
