Growing challenges

One time I met my friend who said he felt right (Bored Total) because he had made a plan to start a business, but what was planned was a lot that missed. I jokingly say, if all the plans we make can go according to plan, then I will make a very good plan, then I run it and I will definitely get what I planned. Wow, this life is very enjoyable, because everyone will plan and will certainly get what he plans.

Then my friend asked again, if the plan did not work, why did I have to make a plan? Then I answered, having a plan could still miss what else if I didn't have a plan. I want to separate the meaning of the word plan in two ways, the first if for example we speak What are your plans in life? maybe the question goes to the goal so that it can be changed to What is the purpose of your life? We must have a purpose in life, what kind of life we want.

Understanding the second plan can also be interpreted as a way or way to get to the purpose of life. Suppose you have a purpose in life to build a large and well-known IT company. Of course, to achieve that goal cannot be a day, a month or a year, it can take years. On the way to help IT companies, of course there are many challenges to be faced, and every challenge or difficulty faced will produce an experience that cannot be replaced only by reading a book or asking people who have experienced it. We must experience all these challenges to face even greater challenges.

The challenges I face now are far different from the challenges I experienced five years ago. Now, seeing the challenges five years ago, I felt that it was something that was normal and easy to solve. By facing many challenges, we will grow our way of thinking and also provide mental strength in facing problems. That is why I believe people who have never experienced it compared to people who have experienced it will be far different in making decisions to solve the problem. People who are experienced in handling existing problems will show tangible results.

So if I do interviews with prospective new employees, so that I know what experiences he has done, then I will give questions that show the results of what he has done. Because if it's just a plan everyone will be able to say it, but when doing the plan it is not necessarily possible, the results will differ greatly.

The lesson I got
Every plan that has been made, at the time of execution, will surely meet many challenges to get what has been planned. These challenges provide experience in us. When we encounter challenges then we can solve these challenges we will grow, and are ready to get new challenges.

A few years ago, if I had a problem, I would always think about the problem and tend to blame why I did something to get this problem. Then I was taught to see things from a positive side, initially it was difficult, for example in a company that began to develop there were people who were good enough, resigned. Of course, if recruiting new employees will take a long time, and business growth will be disrupted.

Of course what must be done is to think differently, when someone who resigns means that there is an opportunity to get a better person, and will provide a better printing experience. Now, after implementing a positive mindset, it happens every time an employee resigns, there must always be better people.

look for a solution, if you have found a solution, focus on working on the solution and forget the problem. There have been many other people who have used the above theory, and it turned out that the results were amazingly good.
