not happily ever after
Happy endings aren't fairy tales. Not the real ones. Not the real every day, true blue, once in a lifetime happy endings. It's the happily ever after that counts. It's the two people that connect on a level where even in every argument, they go to bed wrapped in each other because nothing is bigger than them. It's apologizing when you're wrong, and admitting that your flawed, but that stupid other person makes you want to fix them. Or at least accept them. It's not being afraid to offend them or be mean because they know that you love them and you're just angry. It's not happily ever after. It's love ever after.
