L'altro giorno sul Fatto Quotidiano è uscito un articolo sulla richiesta di Cuba all'Onu riguardante aiuti alimentari, soprattutto latte e farina.
L'articolo fa schifo, scritto male da chi (come sempre) non sa neanche in quale continente sia Cuba.
Però la notizia è vera.
Io sono qua', faccio chiarezza, racconto le cose come stanno.

C'è tutto il pane che si vuole, sacchetti da 10 panetti o filoni, ogni 10 metri c'è un posto dove lo trovi.
230/250 pesos i sacchetti con 10 panetti.
Quindi per turisti, residenti e cubani che possono (che sono molti molti molti più di ciò che si pensa) nessun problema.
Paghi e hai il prodotto.
Il problema nasce per la libreta, gli alimenti sussidiari che il governo passa alla popolazione.
Da un panetto a testa al giorno, che poi già non era così da mesi, si passa ora a 2 ogni settimana.

Sempre per la libreta il litro di latte al giorno per i bimbi fino a 7 anni è diventato mezzo litro.
Anche il latte sia liquido che condensato (500 Cup al barattolino) lo si trova nel mercato libero, lo stesso discorso fatto per il pane.

Quindi i problemi, reali e complicati, li ha la fascia più debole della popolazione.
Questo è lo stato dell'arte.

The other day in Fatto Quotidiano there was an article on Cuba's request to the UN regarding food aid, especially milk and flour.
The article sucks, badly written by those who (as always) don't even know which continent Cuba is on.
But the news is true.
I'm here, I clarify, I tell things as they are.

There is all the bread you want, bags of 10 loaves or loaves, every 10 meters there is a place where you can find it.
230/250 pesos for bags with 10 blocks.
So for tourists, residents and Cubans who can (which are many many many more than you think) no problem.
You pay and you have the product.
The problem arises with the libreta, the subsidiary foods that the government passes to the population.
From one loaf per person per day, which hadn't been the case for months, we now go to 2 every week.

Also for the libreta, the liter of milk per day for children up to 7 years has become half a liter.
Even liquid and condensed milk (500 Cups per jar) can be found on the free market, the same goes for bread.

So the problems, real and complicated, are faced by the weakest segment of the population.
This is the state of the art.
