今天是2月14号，情人节，祝大家有个浪漫幸福的情人节。在这样美好的节日里，我想跟大家分享一个同样很浪漫的西餐厅。B&51餐厅位于皇冠假日酒店51楼，通过51层的观光电梯进入餐厅，大厅宽敞，装修非常富丽堂皇，大端大气。餐厅整体是澳门塔旋转餐厅的感觉，座位都是靠窗的，夜晚可以欣赏美丽的夜景。

Today is 14th of February, valentine's day, I wish you all have a romantic and happy valentine's day. On such a beautiful day, I want to share a very romantic western restaurant. B 51 restaurant is located in the 51st floor of Crowne Plaza hotel.

It enters the dining room through the 51-storey sightseeing elevator. The hall is spacious and decorated with a splendid atmosphere. The whole restaurant is the feeling of the macau tower revolving restaurant, the seats are all by the window, you can enjoy the beautiful night scene.

整个大厅一半是法式餐厅，一半是酒吧，中间是可观式厨房，可以看到美食制作全过程，五星大厨用新鲜的食材，做出来的色香味俱全的菜品，不仅口感很好，摆盘也很精致，这种感觉非常享受。现在的餐厅，都在尽力展现很高档的感觉，也在尽力营造很有情调的感觉，可能因为是情人节，餐桌布换成了红色，菜品也出了很对独特的样式，连餐桌布也是红色的爱心，营造出满满的浪漫气氛。

Half of the whole room is French restaurant, and the another half is bar, substantial type kitchen is among, can see the whole process of food production, the five-star chef make delicious food with fresh ingredients, it not only taste good, the plate is also very delicate, I'm very enjoying this feeling.

Restaurants are trying to show very high-end feeling now, also trying to make you feel very emotional appeal, probably because it was valentine's day, the table replaced by red table cloth, food also is the unique style, they want to build a full of romantic atmosphere.

点菜都用的是Ipad菜单，以图片的形式，很方便客人点菜，服务也很到位。每上一道菜都会换一套餐具，非常讲究。黑松露鸡汤，以清淡口味为主，温度刚好热热的，还有甜甜的酥皮奶油香味。番茄鹅肝酱卖相太好了，水果配合鹅肝并不会太腻，非常别致，搭配上鹅肝酱汁一口咬下去，非常幸福的感觉。
