Habits that Changed Me for the BETTER

Habits are something that can either change you for the Better or for the Worse and even though I have both of them in me I will be focusing on the Better Habits that I have acquired that has changed me for the Better. Now before I start listing my Good Habits you should know why developing Good Habits is important in our lives. For that, you need to know about how our Brain Works, if you do nothing at all our Brain will keep doing tasks to keep yourself alive with the least amount of Energy Required, which means to develop HABITS now whether these are Good or Bad Habits that is up for discussion but our Brain will prioritize EFFICIENCY and Efficiency comes when you do something Passiveley without even knowing that you are doing something. A good example of that will be Muscle Memory as when we Drive a Car we know almost all the necessary actions required to DRIVE it as a Habit has been developed by constant repetition and it comes out Naturally. So let's get started with some of my HABITS

SMILING IS GOOD

I am not a very Smily person but I have seen that in days that I have had some genuine laugh in my day I feel good and my day becomes more Good rather than Bad. One of my routines for Smiling is to watch a Good Comedy Video on Youtube so that I get some Geniuni Laugh from my GUT.

DRINKING WATER

I am a very bad person when it comes to drinking water in a glass so I developed a habit of always staying close to a Water Bottle near me and Sip small amounts every time this way even though I can't gulp a glass of water at once in the overall I drink more water since I am taking SIPS of water all the time.

THE 10000 STEP MARK

There is a theory that says that 10000 Steps a day keep your body denied of any health issues. Now I am still doubtful about this theory but I have made 10000 Steps a day a daily goal which I sometimes achieve and sometimes not as a result of that I did develop a Habit to Walk which is Good for me.

NEED TO LEARN

This is a habit that I have recently developed in the past couple of years and this helps me to always look out for things to Learn and Unknown Avenues to Explore. Finance is a clear example that I took interest into while I was developing this NEED TO LEARN habit of mine.

SAVINGS

This point just needed to come after my NEED TO LEARN Tab as because of my above Habit I learned how to Save and how to Automate my Savings so that even unwittingly I will save a Minimum amount of Money every Month even if I am going through a rough Month.

Now I just showcased 5 of my Habits which I feel are HABITS that guide me in the right direction but there are also some Habits of mine that are not so good which I wish I could cure but hey we can't have it all right. So in my next post, I might just write about Habits that kinds hinder me in my Life.

Wow, i so much like this content... this is a steem exclusive post..well we all have our good habit and bad, the habit am tryna emulate right now is the habit of writing
Back in the day i find writing so stressful, now it is a task for me to love in other to reach my goal as a steemian...
