Edible Flowers

Today Morning I went into our Garden to look for some Edible Flowers and I found these beautiful Pumpkin Flowers. Now these Flowers were neutral so they weren't going to give out fruits so it's better to just pluck them and eat them. I would have liked the flowers to be a little smaller in size but we eat what we get, can't complain about that.

It's fairly easy to cook them especially since we are deep frying them. We add in a filling inside the flowers and dip them in a light Batter and fry them well and it's that easy to make something out of edible Flowers. There are many more ways to use these Flowers in food but I like this one better.
