My Actifit Report Card: May 12 2020
As you can see I walked my ass off today. There is a particular reason for this which I will like to share. I was quite angry today due to a certain reason and ideally do stupid things when I am angry so to cool myself down I do one of two things, either I stay put or I go for a long walk with no destination in mind. Since I have been in my room for most of the day I choose to just cool off myself with a long walk and got to 18000 steps for the day.
