My Actifit Report Card: January 31 2020
I did gave myself the day off but duty called and I did have to go out after lunch. So even though I thought of giving my legs a little rest for the day I ended up walking a lot and unfortunately it seems I might have hit my leg somewhere as currently my joints are slightly in pain. I will be getting a Hot water Bag for my joints and get them warmed up and see what happens tomorrow morning.
