Since Monday I have been trying to do some light exercisers and To be honest I was like a beached whale trying to make it back to the sea.

I flopped around on Monday like I didn't know what I was doing, when I should as I used to be a gym freak in my teens.

Monday I tried to do some push-ups, this was the funniest thing ever, my wife and kids cheered at me when I managed one, I felt like a right muppet. and that was only at one, then it was time for a quick nap on the sofa as that took it out of me. :C

Tuesday was the same, it was half a press-up and then, well I wish I had not tried as my arms started to hurt, it wasn't a pretty sight with all the sweat running down my face.

I thought to my self that I probably won't be able to do press-ups for a while until I loose more weight.

Something that I wanted to do was sit ups, you know when someone looses loads of weight quick, normally they have saggy skin afterwards, that is the last thing that I want.

So with this in mind I started trying to do sit ups, this was also very funny to my wife and kids as I looked like a pig looking for them truffles.

I continued to try all week, thinking to myself, should I blog about this on steem, or should I avoid the laughter?

Well today I cracked it,

A new personal best,

5 press-ups,
a 2 minute plank
and 2x8 sit-ups and it wasn't that hard to do.

My body is now aching but who cares, I did it.

I had a meal to go to for my mums birthday, I had to drive 7 miles to the restaurant and my arms felt like jelly and my legs felt like led.

I really didn't know if I would make it there or not as the amount of pain I was in from the few things I did well, I just didn't know.

But you know what, I am going to try and do a few more tomorrow and see what happens, you never know I might be the only armless person on steemit haha.
