“The nastiness of it made you more aware of how wrong it would have been to do so.” I left her to her typing without asking her to show me how she did it. By her being unique in this gift, if I ever need it, I will have to ask her to help and it will make her feel very special.

The rest of the girls were in the pool, Aganthi sitting in the shade reading and watching over them. Having Irene has brought out the mother in her. I watched them for a long time, my happiness and contentment feeding my soul.
Marian came from next door, her three kids joining mine. She stood watching them for a little while and then came in.
“You will never know how strange and wonderful a sight it is to see all those kids and then walk in here and see you looking so young, not much more than a kid yourself and yet a sort of father to them all.”
“I really feel very lucky Marian. We have such lovely families.”
“When things at times get too much for you Robert, remember this feeling.”
“Wendy and Ulya have stayed too long in Meli’s world, I should go get them. Would you like to come with?”

She shook her head. “Look at her Robert. Meli is playing, swimming, talking and yet she is keeping a whole world going in her mind. I’m certain she is also aware of the two girls in there and what they are doing and saying.”
“Come on, join me. It will be nice to just walk around in there with a friend.”
She was touched by my calling her a friend and came with. We stayed away from the girls and walked for a while through the forest. It was amazing to watch the variety of life, plant, insect, birds, squirrels and so on.
I said, “Strange that she did not populate this world with any larger animals.”
“She told me she did not on purpose. She felt that any kind of larger animal, the people would find a way to use them - whether for eating or work or as pets. She did not want that.”
“She was wrong Marian, a world without animals is not complete.”
We heard a sound and turned to find a magnificent stag approaching us. It stopped and watched us without fear, shook it’s head and walked on by. Not too long thereafter we saw a horse running across a distant hill.
“Meli, you are a little bugger, do you listen to all conversations in your world?”
She appeared, smiling. “Robert, I am the world, I hear everything. I was not eavesdropping on purpose.”
“And I would not care if you were, this is your world and we are your guests here. You should not have changed it just because I made a comment.”
“But I felt you were right. Daniel and his people are rejoicing also.”
“I suspect you have only added animals that do not eat flesh.”
“I do not want anything killing anything else.”
“Somewhere along the line you will have to adapt yourself to that. Maybe not on this world, but it would be a pity not to have any of those magnificent beasts. Tigers, lions, black panthers. The carnivore world has a lot of beauty within it. What they do is part of nature - it is only humans who kill for the pleasure of it. Just put in a block that prevents them from harming the intelligent race of that world. You also better adjust birth rates of all creatures on your worlds so that none of them become too plentiful.”
She laughed, “I don’t have to do that, if there are too many of one type of life, they all wait until the world is balanced again.”
“That is while you retain control, what of the day when you bring them into another reality.”
As we walked I saw a tree heavily laden with sweet dark mulberries.
“You know they are one of my favourite fruit and put this tree here to stop me from talking, telling you what to do on your world?” I teased as I began to stuff my mouth.
I had also been monitoring Wendy and feeling it was the right moment, was about to advise her to return home when they both left. I relaxed.
“Wendy and Ulya have returned. Wendy has used her magic and captivated another soul. Isn’t it strange that we all have empathy and our hearts are filled with love and yet the first one everyone loves is Wendy.”
Meli answered me, “You do not see how frightening we are Robert. With her they sense the pain she has been through, she shares it with them and they are able to identify. The rest of us have put behind us that part of our human origin.”
“Then we should learn from her, you may have thought you were stating the obvious, but by doing so you have pointed out the path we should return to. At our next love meeting we do for Savva, I will ask all to take part in such a return, though I will not wait for that.”

“How Robert?”
“I don’t know Meli. That is why I want us to try from now so that we can show the others.”
Marian had stopped walking and we turned back to her.
“I think you are wrong Robert.”
“You fear returning to being the person you were before?”
“Fear can harden - only Wendy has the gift of not allowing fear to do that to her - and that is only because of you. Our new life has opened all of us Robert. We are open to the pain of others and keeping our own pain would leave us less open to others.”
“I agree with mother, Robbie. What about us children, we have not endured your pains, would we have to, so as to be as you want us?”
“Sorry, I am always filled with fear that we will move away from the rest of humanity. I spoke without thinking it through.”
“When we feel their pain doesn’t that keep us linked to them?”
“You would think so Meli. There is a danger though that some of us could become intolerant of their continuous pains - nothing develops compassion and empathy more than having felt pain yourself. What I am talking about may only happen in a hundred or more years, but I do not want it to happen ever.”
“As long as I can feel one persons’ pain as my own, how can I ever Robbie?”
We walked for a time without further talk, just enjoying the peace, beauty and harmony of this world.
Meli’s quiet voice interrupted my thoughts. “Robbie, do you want to come with us tomorrow, we are helping release the first soul from a Sparkler.”
“Will Dommi be there?”
“Oh yes, she has to be there! Think Robbie, she will be mother to aliens!”
Her enthusiasm and excitement was infectious. I laughed out aloud. “This is so crazy! We have met two alien species, ignored all protocols and made friends of them. We will soon have a multitude of species as our friends and you will be providing them with worlds to live on and yet we have to fear our own people finding out about us, mostly because of our sexual reaction to the void.
Do you know what is even more ridiculous Meli, our biggest enemies will be the very people we want as our friends. The decent family members - people who already have love and feel compassion are the ones who will hate us most.”
“Surely they cannot be so blind, not if they know all the truth about us Robbie?”
“Why are you in my circle Meli, why are you not with your parents?”
Marian cried out, “Oh my god!!”
They both looked at me stricken, I obviously had in my usual stupid way hit a raw nerve. “I’m sorry, that was uncalled for. This story with Tasso and his children got me upset. Still, I should not have said it.”
Marian put her arm around her daughter and came to me, putting her other arm around me, bringing us all to a close hug.
“Do not regret what you said Robert. Even now I still find myself at times shrinking from the thought that you are making love to my little girls. It is as if I do not want to face the thought. You are right, if I, if Alki and the others feel this way, how can we hope for understanding from strangers.”
Meli asked, “How did you make peace with it Robbie?”

I know it is early for the next post...but in case my electricity goes off in the morning again...I will be posting the next episode before the sun comes up for me.
MY further PLANS regarding LiTTLE CHERiNE
I have been reading Book 3 so as to correct whatever mistakes I still have in it, as I just might start posting it before the end of the year.
Book 4 and after, I will be opening another account and post them there. I cannot wait until I get to them here, as I am not likely to be around for another ten years.
The other account posts, each post will not be about 2.5 pages, as it is here, there it will be more like 5 to 7 pages. But since there will be no upvoting, you can read them at your own speed, once you are finished here....it also means nobody will feel they should comment.
Almost like reading a book you borrowed from the library.
While I am at it. The books will all appear on the link I give above, for Steemhost, where it will be easier for you to read from the first to the last post.

The above is not to be construed (thought of ) as my warning that I am about to die. I still feel full of life, just taking a precaution.
Anyway, I want to live long enough to at least, at time of dying, know that the globalists failed and the countries and people I love have a future once again.
