Let's Put Forth Some Extra Effort Today
Working a little bit harder can go a long way, especially when you're doing this daily.
A lot of us want to be a better version of ourselves. We'd like to be more capable of handling the many challenges that life throws our way.
Well, you're going to have to put forth more effort in order for that to happen.
Imagine trying to bench press 200 pounds when you've never worked out a day in your life.
Good luck trying to complete even one rep. Once you realize you can bench the weight, what do you do?
You take the weight down until you reach something that you can complete a set of reps with.
Over time, you add more and more weight until you can finally bench 200 pounds.
It's important to not that you must consistently workout in order to get stronger.
It does you no good to work out today, then again 3 weeks from now, and another time a week and a half after that.
Let's put forth some extra effort today. Not just for today though, but everyday. If you do this, you'll grow. You'll get stronger and become a lot more capable than you once were.
