L'abbraccio del sole del nuovo anno.

Buon Anno a tutti cari amici!
Conosciamo più o meno tutti il significato di un abbraccio, dopo il bacio, esso è considerato l'effusione affettiva e amorevole più comune tra noi esseri umani.
Ma l'abbraccio va anche oltre la semplice effusione, esso contiene dei valori molto più salutari per il nostro benessere.
Molti studiosi affermano che a livello fisiologico, l'abbraccio aumenti il livello di ossitocina, un ormone di 9 amminoacidi, prodotto dall'ipotalamo che aumenta il comportamento pro-sociale nell'individuo.
La generosità, l'altruismo e l'empatia vengono stimolati e rafforzati da un abbraccio, così come ne abbassa la pressione sanguigna.
Prepariamoci ad abbracciarci, perchè tra 20 giorni arriva il "National Hugging Day" quindi, coccole a volontà per aiutarci ad avere più fiducia in noi stessi e nel prossimo.

Provate ad immaginare allora, se l'abbraccio ce lo trasmette il Sole, all'alba, in una mattina densa di foschia che esso rischiara e rende calda.
E' un abbraccio universale, fisico ed energetico, ma soprattutto sicuro! Certamente, esso si rinnova tutti i giorni rappresentando la nostra sicurezza, il nostro essere nel mondo.

L'energia del Sole è la fonte più potente dell'abbraccio e favorisce il buon umore e la vitalità nell'affrontare un nuovo giorno, con positività, ottimismo e serenità.
Due coppie di alberi, amanti o amici che si abbracciano nello scenario di un paesaggio romantico di una luce che emerge e favorisce l'amorevole empatia, tra noi e loro, tra l'umano e il divino.
