Steemit+Cryptocurrency+ House party
As I write this post i am excited and scared at the same time.
First a little about my self my name is Ivan Alejandro Hernandez. I am latino and a mechanic. I have always known about bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies but always thought i could never afford them.
About 5 months ago i found out about some online sites where one can buy and then lend cryptocurrencies thrue a youtuber named @trvon James.(go ckeck him out.) Any ways 3 months ago i decided to go head and make my first loan of $150. I scraped up what i could. Now 3 months later i have about 500 dollars in lending . Well 2 days ago my mother who i love very much came over to ask for money which i gave her. My mother just like many latinos l know for sure don't really have a retirement plan most of us live from pay check to pay check. Well 2 days ago she came by and came inn I was working on my (Steemit bike project.)My mother knows i cant afford to buy a bike but as a mechanic. I did some work for a friend and got the bike and everything in 3 boxes as trade payment. We talked and i explained to her what Steemit is and what cryptocurrencies Are and how i started to lend tokens and in a couple of years i will have enough to put away for retirement. the topic of retirement came up as i was explaining When i got a reaction i was not expecting
My mother was mad and upset that i had not told any of my relatives about this opportunity (brothers and sisters aunts uncles cousins.) She said that this would help alot of family members to be able to set up a retirement plan as we all know ss wont be enough to support anyone after 65. Now I have 2 weeks to get a as much info as i can about lending and cryptocurrencies because she is going to have a party where i am going to be showing ,explaining and setting up accounts in Steemit and lending sites. So i have homework to do.
Ps. Did i mentioned that my aunts and uncles respond better to spanish just like my mother did.So i will not just do 1 presentation in English but also in Spanish.
Lets see how it goes will take pics and videos of this unsuall house party.
