Today I went to the usual gym to do a hypoxic training after work.

Also today I ran on a treadmill. This time I was able to increase my heart rate up to 180. Instead, my SpO2 went down to 79% at one time.
今日もトレッドミルで走りました。今回は心拍数を最大で180まで上げることができました。そのかわり、酸素飽和度も一時、79%まで下がりました。
