Next Tuesday I will run a half marathon. It is just a week before the race. I have to keep up a good condition.
来週の火曜日はハーフマラソンです。あと1週間になりました。体調を崩さないようにしなければいけません。

Today I went to the usual gym to do a hypoxic training after work. As usual, I pedaled an indoor bike, but I had more difficulty increasing my heart rate than usual.
今日は仕事の後、いつものジムへ行って低酸素トレーニングをしました。いつものようにインドアバイクをこぎましたが、心拍数を上げるのにいつもより苦労しました。
