It was rainy in this afternoon. So I was prevented from going out for running after work. Instead, I went to the usual gym to do a hypoxic training.
今日は午後から雨だったので、仕事の後、外でランニングができませんでした。かわりに、いつものジムで低酸素トレーニングをしました。

As I was late for the starting of the workout time which I had booked, today's training was shorter than usual. But it was satisfactory that I was able to increase my heart rate up to more than 160.
予約していた枠の開始時間に遅刻してしまったので、今日のトレーニングはいつもより短くなってしまいました。しかし、心拍数を160以上まで上げることができたのはよかったです。
