Spaghetti carbonara
Ingredients: * 250gr spaghetti La Fonte
- 50gr butter (unsalted) / margarine
- 50gr onion chopped
- 1 cloves of chopped garlic
250gr smoked beef, thinly sliced length - 250ml Fresh cooking cream
- 1 egg yolks
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, crushed mashed
- 1/2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- 100gr parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Oregano
How to make :
- Make cream sauce: Mix average fresh cooking cream, cheese, egg yolks, salt, oregano, black pepper and mix well, set aside.
- Boil the spaghetti for 15 minutes, remove the drain.
- Saute garlic & onions with butter / margarine until fragrant and then slice of smoked beef.
- Add a mixture of cream sauce, cook until done.
- Add spaghetti that has been boiled, stir briefly.
- serve with a sprinkling of grated cheese and parsley
