Exercising in the Rain - Best Ways to Connect with Yourself in Nature
Why so? Why under the rain? My martial arts teacher has shown me that it's best to practice everything we do as close to nature as possible.
It's also a good idea to use natural elements - water, fire, wind, trees, rocks, etc., to perform our workouts. I wouldn't even call it a "workout" as it sounds more like going to the gym filled with plastic and metal. When we "train" outside, however, we get to communicate with the natural world more than with the world filled and controlled by machinery. It's good for our bodies and our brain.
Working out in nature is a big topic for me, and I am planning to write extensively about it or even better - combine it with videos on the subject. As for now, I can say this: it DOES Matter where we live and where we spend most of our time. Living in a huge city or living in a small town close to the mountains, sitting 10 hours in a row surrounded by electronics or spending your day working outdoors or at least with something you do by hands (no computer)... Huge difference. It affects everything, and the amount of physical movement we get to do during this one day hugely influences our mentality, health, nervous system, and other aspects.
What to do if you have to work in the office all day? What if your job or lifestyle just doesn't leave any room for going outside... and all outdoors time you get is a 5 minute smoke break in the midst of that crazy, fast-paced day at your job? Well, there are tricks and ways to counteract that. I'd say the best decision would be to just GET OUT and go away from those skyscrapers and basement cubicles and phone calls and just LIVE your life in a different way, but most of us who are heavily involved in work life, city life, money-making and paying bills life won't do it just like that. After all, this world has taught us to be dead serious about our responsibilities such as credit card debt and mortgage! And buying lots of stuff for your family that you will be stuck with (the debts I mean)), etc. Sooo... Understandably, millions of us just can't drop all this and go live in the forest. And for those of us who can't - there are other ways to reconnect with natural Self and nature.
I'll be covering them in my coming posts. For now - just want to show that it's really cool to get wet and run around under the rain, no matter how old you are or where you live ))) Five minutes under the water falling from the sky won't make anyone sick, and if you are scared of that - take a warm shower or have a hot cup of tea right afterwards.

I want to create genuine and useful content and meet like-minded people and potential friends.
So we'll see ...
Now I'm trying to figure out how busy.com differs from steemit.com
if the same posts appear here and there
getting there, getting there )))
