Street Photography Challenge Week - 76 - Picturesque Bridge

Every city has its iconic places.
In Paris it's the Eiffel Tower, in London it's Big Ben, the Tower Bridge.
In modern Russian films, when Moscow is shown, the Moscow City Business Center necessarily appears in the frame.
But there are also interesting bridges, which are often crossed by the main characters of the films.

Well, I requested Google "bridge of Moscow" and the second one in the list turned out to be "Picturesque Bridge".
The Picturesque Bridge (the bridge in Serebryany Bor) is a cable-stayed bridge across the Moskva River. It was built not across, but along the river, which made it possible to preserve natural areas and create convenient conditions for navigation. This bridge is considered to be the tallest cable-stayed bridge in Europe.
The total length of the bridge is 1460m, the length of the main span is 409m, the width of the bridge is 37m, and the height of the structure is 105 meters.
The bridge was put into operation at the end of December 2007.
There is an observation deck at the top of the bridge arch. Initially, it was planned to make a restaurant there, but technically it turned out to be impossible. One of the reasons is the lack of sewerage. I can't imagine there could be a restaurant there. It's just a tin can.
Is the observation deck currently working or not? I don't know. But it seems to me that there is no. An Internet search confirmed my guess: as of 2017, the interior of the ellipsoid is not equipped and closed to the public, work on the decoration and landscaping of the premises continues; it is planned to create an "air registry office"
